A member of the Bahamas Real Estate Association since 1989, Gregory Peter Graham is founder and president of Graham Real Estate which was established in 1994. With twenty solid years of experience and a sales record of over $100 million dollars to date Gregory’s knowledge of the Bahamian community and geography make him one of the top qualified brokers on the island. Gregory did many appraisals in his early years in the field but decided to concentrate fully on sales and developments. Due to Greg’s great extent of knowledge in New Providence and the Out Islands many appraisers contact him for advice on market values and trends.

Linda Eldon has over twenty-one years experience in the real estate field. Her main focus was property management until receiving her Certificate of Part 1 & 2 of the Bahamas Real Estate Association’s Appraisal Course in May 2006. Together Gregory and Linda have appraised a number of exceptional properties. Exposure to these unique portfolios provided Linda with a strong backbone in her formal training and the mandatory three year apprenticeship. From vacant beachfront properties in the Out Islands, to residential homes in Lyford Cay, and a very distinctive private island retreat much experience has been gained by Linda in a relatively short time.
