Located on the southern tip of Lubbers, the Birdhouse Cottages boast a deeded dock slip and Tiki hut.

There are 2 cottages, 1 blue and 1 green. The cottages each contain 2 bedrooms with queen beds, full kitchens, baths, outdoor showers, living rooms, air conditioning and beautiful bamboo flooring throughout.

Just a hop away from Tilloo Cut, known for the best fishing in Abaco, this island cottage get away will give you the fishing trip of your dreams. In the evening relax and feast on your catch of the day while you enjoy island living on the large outdoor wrap around porches.

From the cottages, you will enjoy the views of the Sea of Abaco and the neighboring islands. The Cottages are nestled within the tropical setting of native plants only 175 feet from shore.

The dock will accommodate up to a 31’ boat.
