"Buttercup" is located in the historic settlement of Hope Town. This hilltop location is one of a kind in many ways. The house is just a stones throw away from the Hope Town Harbour Lodge where there is fine dining, a martini bar, a pool bar, and swimming pool. There is also access to the Atlantic Beach a few steps away.

The recently renovated house is located on the outskirts of town and has amazing views of the settlement and the Lighthouse. The interior has been well thought out to take advantage of the views and yet keep its historical qualities. The deck overlooking the harbour is the perfect place to spend those lazy afternoons watching the world go by.

Just down the hill from the house is a bulkhead with a shared private dock, which is shared with one other person. The dock is new and offers water, power, and deep water for bigger runabouts.
