Flip Flops on the Beach offers comfortable upscale one and two bedroom cottages and the privacy only a small intimate property can provide - all right on the Bahamas' most gorgeous white sandy beach.

Beach Comber and Tutti Frutti each have 2 private bedrooms with queen-sized 4-poster mahagony beds and island style wicker furniture. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a stand-up shower. The two bedrooms are joined together by a living and dining area and a full kitchen. There is a futon couch in the living area so each can sleep a maximum of 5 guests.

$2450 per week during Mid season.

Low Season includes October 17th - November 17th AND November 26th - December 20th. Rates for this period are: Daily - $330.00 + $19.80 tax Weekly - $2310.00 + $138.60 tax

Mid Season includes November 18th - November 25th and January 4th - February 28th. Rates for this period are: Daily - $350.00 + $21.00 Weekly - $2450.00 + $147.00

High Season includes December 21st - January 3rd and March 1st - August 31st. Rates for this period are: Daily - $400.00 + $24.00 Weekly - $2800.00 + $168.00

1 additional person can sleep on a futon\in the 2 bedroom cottages at an additional $50/night. *Weekly rates are for 7 nights
