The Studio home is the primary residence, and is designed to maximise the surrounding aquamarine views. You can enjoy a 360º panoramic view of the lagoon, beaches, Abaco Sound and the Atlantic Ocean. This modern home, enjoys all the creature comforts, from modern appliances, satellite TV, telephone and air conditioning. The studio has been created fom many natural and modern materials including, teak floors, cypress board panelling, open beam ceiling, marble bathrooms, cherry wood cabinets with marnle counter tops. The loveliest feature of this island home is the elevated sunset view porch made from limestone surrounded by a multi-level wraparound deck.The other structure on the west side in the beachfront Guest Cabana. This modest building is a one room, wood frame structure, 11x20 feet in size. Ideal for entertaining or camping, it has a seperate bathroom and a large deck facing the lagoon.The east side is practically undeveloped save for the stilt house which is located next to the slipway on the east side of the lagoon.
