Completely secluded and safe, our property is hills of rolling silver palm forest, powder-like pink sand, and crystal clear waters. Coral reefs nestled nearby the shoreline make a great attraction for snorkeling, and the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean makes a pleasant mineral bath.

Seven Palms is a traditional style, spacious, ocean front estate, on a private pink sand beach. The home is equipped with 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, large outdoor patio, beach lounge chairs, BBQ set, full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry room, beach towels, satellite T.V., wifi internet, Apple Desktop, DVD/CD player, iPod dock, air conditioner, ceiling fans, local telephone, and safes.

Seven Palms is a spacious home with two master bedrooms, which accommodates king-size beds, master bathrooms, safes, air conditioners, and ceiling fans. The third bedroom accommodates a king-size bed with ocean view. The fourth and fifth bedrooms accommodate queen-size beds. The sixth bedroom accommodates a full-size bed, with ocean view. All bedrooms include spacious closets, air conditioners, and ceiling fans for your convenience.

Housekeeping is provided Monday - Friday, and can provide an array of different activities and amenities to make your vacation comfortable and memorable! The house manager works with an excellent Island Concierge, who can organize snorkeling, surfing (if weather permits), kayaking, spelunking, and/or spear-fishing expeditions for your party. As well as a talented cook, who can prepare a dinner (or lunch), a skilled local fisherman specializing in deep-sea fishing, bone fishing, and reef fishing, a United States certified masseuse, and manicurist.

Eleuthera’s close proximity to the South Eastern United States, combined with it’s unbridled beauty and seeming remoteness, makes it a lush, tropical, private and exclusive haven.

Conveniently, there are three airports located on the island of Eleuthera. Seven Palms is closest to Governor’s Harbour Airport (GHB), about 12 miles North. North Eleuthera Airport (ELH) is 45-50 minutes North of Seven Palms. Rock Sound Airport (RSD) is 45 minutes Seven Palms.
