This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage also boasts a very spacious living and dining area suitable for family gatherings, meals and entertainment.Hamilton House is located on Windermere Island which is known only to a handful of affluent homeowners and members of England's Royal Family. At one time, its visitors included Prince Charles and Princess Diana. Windermere offers the peace and quiet of a desert island, with all the amenities of "civilization" just around the corner. The waters surrounding Windermere Island, prized for their jewel-like depth and clarity, are a favourite playground for the rich and famous.This rental includes club privileges. The Club at Windermere is a 5 minute walk away from the house and offers a bar and restaurant open November to May and a swimming pool and tennis courts available all year round. The weekly rental rates for 4 occupants are as follows: winter $2,600.00, summer $2,200.00, Christmas, New Years & Easter $3,200.00. There is a $300.00 charge per week for each additional person.
