Gregory P. Graham is the founder and president of Graham Real Estate, bringing more than three decades of experience to luxury residential sales, high-end residential developments, and strategic real estate investments throughout The Bahamas and the islands. His work spans premier private estates, thoughtfully planned communities, commercial office holdings, and residential subdivision development.
With family roots in The Bahamas dating back to 1670, Greg offers a rare depth of understanding of Nassau’s geography, lifestyle, and business landscape. This deep generational connection, paired with hands-on market expertise, has positioned him as one of the most trusted and discreet advisors in the high-end real estate space.
Educated at St. Mark’s Preparatory School and a graduate of Texas Christian University, Greg returned home to build his career, qualifying as a realtor before founding Graham Real Estate in 1994. Over the years, he has maintained close professional involvement with some of the country’s most prestigious resort and residential developments, including Lyford Cay, Albany, and Baker’s Bay.
Known for his integrity, clarity, and straight-talking approach, Greg is a respected member of the Bahamas Real Estate Association and a well-established figure in the Bahamian business community.
